Prenatal care is essential for ensuring the health and well-being of both mother and baby throughout pregnancy. It includes regular check-ups, ultrasounds, and screenings to monitor the baby’s development and address any health concerns. Prenatal care also provides nutritional guidance, education, and emotional support, helping mothers manage stress and prepare for childbirth. By promoting early detection and intervention, prenatal care fosters a healthy pregnancy and positive outcomes for both mother and baby.
